Custom Molded Ankle Gauntlet (S.M.O.)
Does everything a UCBL will do and also offers ankle support.
Suitable for treatment of the following conditions

- ankle instability
- varus/valgus correction
- neuropathy
- arthritic deformity

UCBL Foot Orthotic
Does everything an Arch/Met support does and also offers medial/later support and calcaneous stabilization.  Covered under certain circumstances.  Usually requires a letter of Medical Necessity.

Arch Support/Metatarsal Support (Custom Molded)
Not covered by insurance.  $250.00 per pair
